                                  How to book

1. Easy  booking form-from work computer (NHS Net only)

This is our preferred method due to administrative reasons.

http://nww.hillingdon.nhs.uk/bookingform

2. Quick email

If you do not have access to NHS net at the time of booking , you can email us directly to book a place.

rsvp@hillingdon.nhs.uk

If you email us to RSVP ,  please state title, first and last names, position in NHS    ( eg: GP/District Nurse ) , telephone number, meal preference , work address and title of masterclass you wish to attend.

Some hints from Masterclass administrator

1.      If anyone truly can't register online, could they email RSVP with all their details, as mentioned on the flyers (title first and last names, position in NHS  ( eg: GP/District Nurse), telephone number, meal preference, work address (or most recent) and email address).  Without this info, form won't accept the registration.

2. Can they take care to key in their correct email address because their confirmation will bounce back and won't be delivered (so many in their GP-e addresses put a full stop instead of the hyphen, miss out the hyphen altogether, misspell their names, etc.)

 3. If their submission hasn't worked, they should first check that there's no space at the end of their telephone number, that's a common one.

                                                        CPD Certificates

CPD certificates are jointly issued by NHS Hillingdon  and   London Deanery  .The CPD certificates are sent to delegates by email as a pdf attachment  within 10 working days of the event.
